platforms, helping couples discover and book the perfect wedding venues across India.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive – Venue Pricing &
Availability to support our Venue Category team in maintaining accurate venue data,
coordinating with venue partners, and ensuring operational excellence.
Role Objective
The Operations Executive will be responsible for collecting, verifying, and updating venue
pricing, availability, and catalogue information. The role involves coordinating with venue
partners, creating Vendor IDs, maintaining operational data, conducting daily call audits, and
collaborating with Product, Technology, Sales, and Quality teams to ensure accurate and
up-to-date venue information.

Key Responsibilities

Venue Pricing & Availability
● Verify venue pricing, packages, and availability through outbound calls.
● Collect details related to room inventory, venue capacity, amenities, policies, and
seasonal pricing.




● Update pricing and availability trackers with accurate information.
● Collect supporting documents such as brochures, menus, quotations, images, and
videos.
● Ensure venue pricing and availability information is accurate and updated on time.
Venue Catalogue & Data Management
● Maintain accurate venue catalogue and operational data.
● Create Vendor IDs for newly onboarded venues.
● Perform regular data updates, audits, and corrections.
● Ensure data completeness and accuracy as per company standards.
● Identify and report data discrepancies for timely correction.
Vendor & Team Coordination
● Coordinate with venue partners for pending information and follow-ups.
● Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors to close pending requests.
● Work closely with Operations, Sales, Product, Technology, Customer Experience, and
Quality teams.
