About the Role




We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering background who can take ownership of both Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) activities.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on with shop-floor quality, while also being capable of building systems, documentation, processes, vendor quality, ISO 9001 compliance, and manufacturing capabilities.
This is a role for someone who wants to go beyond inspection and help us build a stronger, more capable and process-driven manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Control – QC

Perform incoming, in-process and final inspection of components and assemblies
Review drawings, specifications, tolerances and quality requirements.
Develop and implement inspection plans, check sheets and quality control procedures.
Coordinate dimensional inspection and testing as required.
Identify non-conformities and ensure proper corrective action.
Conduct root-cause analysis using tools such as 5 Why, Fish
