Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role based in Mumbai.



The Sales Development Representative will focus on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound and inbound lead generation activities. Responsibilities include researching target markets, contacting prospective clients via phone, email, and digital channels, and setting up meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, nurturing early-stage leads, and collaborating closely with sales and marketing colleagues to refine messaging and campaigns. The Sales Development Representative will also provide feedback from prospects to support continuous improvement of Edenred’s solutions and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications
Ability to drive Inside Sales activities, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management.
Strong Lead Generation skills, with experience identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities.
