Position: Pega System Analyst / Business Analyst
Location: Remote

We are seeking a skilled Pega System Analyst/Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams on Pega platform implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into Pega functional specifications
Author BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams
Analyze existing Pega applications and recommend process/system improvements
Apply strong knowledge of Pega Case Management, workflows, business rules, SLAs, and decisioning
Lead requirement workshops and clarify functional needs with development teams
Review Pega solution designs to ensure alignment with business requirements




Support UAT, defect analysis, and production release activities
Identify current-state vs. future-state process gaps and recommend solutions
Ensure traceability across requirements, test cases, and delivered functionality

Required Skills:
Solid Pega functional/business analysis experience
Solid understanding of Pega Platform and Case Management
Experience with User Stories, Jira, Agile/Scrum, BRD/FRD, and UAT
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to interpret Pega configurations and liaise effectively with technical teams
Pega certification (CSA/CSSA) preferred
