The Role

We are looking for an ambitious, self-driven Clinical Sales Engineer who wants to build a robust career in medical device sales.

This is a field-based, sales-focused role where you will work directly with surgeons, OT teams, biomedical engineers, purchase departments, and hospital decision-makers to promote and sell advanced medical technologies.





You will be responsible for developing your assigned territory, identifying new business opportunities, demonstrating products, supporting evaluations, converting opportunities into orders, and building long-term customer relationships.

This is not a desk-based sales position. It requires strong field presence, continuous customer engagement, disciplined follow-up, and ownership of business targets.

What You Will Do

* Develop and grow medical device sales within the assigned territory.
* Identify potential surgeons, hospitals, and new business opportunities.
* Meet surgeons and understand their surgical requirements and current technology usage.
* Present medical technologies by clearly translating product features into relevant surgical and commercial benefits.
* Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate product evaluations.
