The Prospect
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail operations and deliver an elevated customer experience while driving store sales and overall business performance.
This role is ideal for someone who understands premium retail, can inspire a high-performing team and takes ownership of both the customer experience and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Drive store sales, revenue and productivity against defined targets.
Lead day-to-day store operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated customer experience.
Build strong customer relationships and uphold Gioia's premium brand experience.
Lead, coach and motivate the store team to consistently deliver high standards of service and sales.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies in collaboration with management.
Ensure strong product knowledge across the team and translate product stories into meaningful customer interactions.
Manage inventory, stock movement, visual merchandising and overall store presentation.
Monitor sales performance, identify gaps and take corrective action to improve store productivity.
Maintain high standards of store discipline, service and operational excellence.
Stay informed about local market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity.
Prepare and share regular sales, inventory and store performance updates with management.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management or a related discipline.
4 - 5 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in premium or luxury retail.
