⚡ Role: Amazon Connect IVR Developer
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect IVR Developer to design, develop, configure, and support cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services.
? Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop IVR & call flow solutions using Amazon Connect
• Configure contact flows, queues, routing profiles, prompts & agent experiences
• Develop integrations with AWS Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, S3 & API Gateway
• Build conversational IVR solutions using Amazon Lex & NLU
• Implement customer authentication, self-service & workflow automation
• Integrate Amazon Connect with Salesforce, ServiceNow and enterprise applications
• Troubleshoot IVR issues and optimize call flows
• Develop reusable components and deployment pipelines
• Support production releases, incident resolution & platform enhancements




• Collaborate with BA, Architecture, QA and business teams
