Roles & Responsibilities
Connect with students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media platforms.
Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable training and internship programs.
Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
Conduct counseling sessions and explain program benefits.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into enrollments.
Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion rates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and educational institutions.
Required Skills




Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude.
Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate / Final Year Student.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Passion for sales, counseling, and business development.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in EdTech, Sales, Telecalling, or Student Counseling.
Understanding of the education and internship market.
