Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced MarTech Business Analyst Lead with 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, MarTech, CRM, Customer Experience, or Digital Transformation.
The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud, particularly Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), along with experience in AJO, Adobe Campaign, CJA, and/or AEM Assets.
The role involves leading business discovery, requirements gathering, customer journey analysis, process definition, stakeholder workshops, and translating business requirements into implementation-ready functional specifications.
Mandatory Skills
10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, MarTech, CRM, Customer Experience, or Digital Transformation.
Strong enterprise MarTech / Customer Experience implementation experience.
Strong functional knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).




Experience with at least two of the following:
Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
Adobe Campaign
Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
AEM Assets / DAM
Strong understanding of customer data, identity, profiles, segmentation, and audience activation.
Experience with customer journey orchestration, campaign management, and personalization.
Functional understanding of APIs, events, batch interfaces, and data mapping.
Strong experience preparing BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent Agile tools.
Strong discovery, assessment, gap analysis, and target-state definition experience.
Understanding of data privacy, consent, governance, and data quality.
Leadership & Consulting Skills
Excellent client-facing and workshop facilitation skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
