I’m building Founder Floor, an initiative from ThoughtfulBuild where aspiring and early-stage founders work on real businesses — from validating the problem and building the product to finding customers and growing.

I’m looking to collaborate with an experienced GTM / Growth / Customer Acquisition practitioner who can work with founders on areas such as:
Go-to-market strategy
Finding the right customer/ICP
Customer acquisition
B2B sales and founder-led sales
Growth experiments
Acquisition channels and funnels
Moving from first customers towards repeatable growth

This is not a full-time role.

We’re at an early stage and don't have a budget for a regular salary or retainer yet. I'm looking for someone who is open to starting on a collaborative / expert-partner basis,



with the chance to develop a paid engagement model as Founder Floor grows.

If you already offer GTM consulting, mentoring, workshops or advisory services, I'm also open to understanding your existing model and exploring how we could work together.

Most importantly, I'm looking for someone who has actually helped businesses acquire customers and grow, not just someone who teaches the theory.
