Role Description This full time IT Support Technician role is an on-site position based in Puducherry. The technician will provide front-line technical support for desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting system errors, supporting printers, performing computer repairs, installing and configuring operating systems and applications,



and ensuring devices are secure and up to date. The role involves responding to support requests, documenting issues and resolutions, and communicating clearly with users to explain solutions and best practices. The technician will also assist with basic network connectivity checks and coordinate with senior technicians or vendors when needed.
Qualifications

Strong technical support skills, including user assistance, issue diagnosis, and ticket/documentation handling
Hands-on experience with desktop computers, laptops, and common operating systems (Windows and/or macOS)
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software problems, including system performance and connectivity issues
Practical printer support skills, including setup, configuration, and resolving printing errors
Computer repair capabilities, such as component replacement, basic hardware upgrades, and preventive maintenance
Good communication skills,
