ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Skilled with strong Performance Marketing expertise and prior experience in B2C consumer internet, marketplaces, fintech, proptech, subscription, travel, healthcare, education, or service-led platforms. You will own the full performance marketing funnel — from user acquisition to retention — and drive measurable growth across paid and organic channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and the like).
• Drive qualified leads, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through performance-focused campaigns.
• Manage campaign budgets and continuously improve KPIs such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Develop audience targeting strategies, remarketing campaigns, and conversion funnels.
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics and tracking tools.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with content, design,



and sales teams to improve lead quality and customer journeys.
• Analyze user behaviour and identify opportunities to improve growth metrics.
• Work with marketing automation and lifecycle platforms to improve user journeys.
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track growth performance.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to increase marketing effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS
• 6–10 years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, User Acquisition, Product Growth, or Consumer Marketing within high-growth B2C businesses.
• Experience in consumer internet, marketplaces, fintech, proptech, subscription, travel, healthcare, education, or service-led platforms preferred.
• Strong understanding of acquisition, activation, retention, funnel analytics, cohort analysis, attribution, and growth metrics.
• Hands-on experience with analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, Micros
