Location: Work from office, Bellandur, Bangalore (no remote option for any of the roles)

We are hiring for the following roles:

Business Manager - Lending
Own the day-to-day execution of Oolka's lending business, from application to disbursal.
4–6 yrs in Business Operations, Lending Operations, or Marketplace Operations
Experience in digital lending, loan marketplaces, embedded lending, or consumer fintech
Strong grip on lending funnels and lender relationship management




Comfortable with data; advanced Excel a must
Thrives working across credit, product, engineering, and CX to drive approvals, turnaround times, and disbursal efficiency

Business Manager - Strategic Partnerships(Banks & NBFCs)
Bridge the gap between our users and financial institutions, building and negotiating lending and settlement partnerships.
4+ yrs in banking alliances, lending partnerships, collections strategy, or stressed assets
Proven track record closing partnership deals with Banks or NBFCs
Robust understanding of debt recovery, settlement frameworks, and credit underwriting in India
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
