Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at our Noida location.



This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with prospective students and guardians, understanding their needs, and providing accurate information about courses, certifications, and career paths. The specialist will manage lead generation and follow-up through calls, messages, and digital channels, maintain detailed records in CRM systems, and support conversion of inquiries into enrollments. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating counseling sessions, ensuring a smooth admission experience, collaborating with marketing and operations teams on campaigns and events, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also requires meeting sales targets, preparing basic reports, and consistently representing the brand with skilled communication.
