Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving sales and delivering a premium client experience in the showroom. The role involves welcoming clients, understanding their style and requirements, and presenting suitable fabric and bespoke suiting options. The Sales Specialist will guide clients through fittings and customization choices, explain product features and pricing,



and support the closing of sales transactions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product displays, managing follow-ups with prospective and existing clients, and coordinating with the atelier and operations teams to ensure timely delivery. The role also involves participating in training sessions, contributing to sales initiatives, and upholding Heritage 1881’s standards of service and presentation.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction and qualified written correspondence with clients and team members.
Proven Customer Service experience, with the ability to provide a high-touch, personalized client experience in a luxury or premium retail environment.
Demonstrated Sales capability, including consultative selling, upselling, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exposure to Training activities, such as participating in or supporting product knowledge sessions and sharing bes
