Role Summary:
We are looking for a driven, target-oriented Business Development Representative to own the journey from lead to closed sale. In this role, you will engage inbound and outbound leads, understand their needs, communicate AIWO's value, and convert interest into paying clients — while consistently meeting monthly revenue targets. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, numbers, and the satisfaction of closing.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Life Sciences, or a related field. Robust sales performance matters more than the specific degree.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the full lead-to-sale cycle — from first contact to conversion and handover
Respond promptly to inbound leads across WhatsApp, calls, web, and campaign channels
Conduct outbound outreach, follow-ups,



and nurturing to move leads through the funnel
Understand client needs and clearly communicate AIWO's offerings, programs, and value
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales and conversion targets
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM
Track conversion metrics and report on funnel performance, drop-offs, and wins
Manage objections professionally and guide prospects toward the right decision
Coordinate with marketing to give feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
Build rapport and long-term relationships that drive referrals and repeat business
Required Skills:
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong lead conversion and closing ability
Excellent communication and persuasion skills (verbal and written)
Confident phone, WhatsApp, and in-person client handling
Objection handling and negotiation skills
Proficiency with CRM tools and pipeline
