Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager (BDM) role based in Ahmedabad. The BDM is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting Pragati One’s services related to grants, subsidies, funding, project reports, and recognitions. Daily tasks include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding client needs, and proposing suitable solutions and service packages.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to prepare proposals, tracking ongoing projects, maintaining accurate records in CRM or similar tools, and reporting on business development performance. The BDM is expected to stay updated on relevant government schemes, funding opportunities, and industry trends to better advise clients.
Qualifications
Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to convert leads into long-term engagements.
Experience in consulting, financial services, or related domains, preferably with exposure to grants, subsidies, funding, or government schemes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex funding and recognition processes in clear, simple terms.
