Role Description The IT Infrastructure & Digital Platforms Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur Rural. The role involves managing and maintaining the school’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, devices, and digital platforms used for teaching, learning, and administration. The executive will monitor system performance, ensure data and network security, handle backups, and manage user accounts and access controls.



Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support to staff and students, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and documenting IT processes and policies. The role also supports technology integration in classrooms and ensures that digital tools operate reliably, securely, and in alignment with the school’s educational objectives.
