What you will work on
You will work within our Project Delivery teams to implement our UMAX solution at our customers.
UMAX is the brand name of our software solution for water and energy utilities. It automates their business processes and enables them to better engage with their customers. UMAX is a cloud-based solution, built on the powerful Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

What you will work on
As a Senior Functional Analyst, you translate business needs into clear, valuable product requirements and help shape robust, scalable solutions for the UMAX product portfolio—today and as our product evolves.

* Be the link between Business and R&D; for a part of our UMAX product portfolio.




* Manage customer expectations and translate business requirements into clear application solutions using Agile story techniques.
* Be responsible for the budget, value, and quality of your requirements.
* Play a pivotal role in the Scrum team: refine stories, align priorities, and support a steady delivery cadence.
* Document, train, and guide stakeholders in adopting current product software.

What you bring

* Must-have
* 5-10 years of experience as a functional analyst, product owner or equivalent role.
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably inapplied sciences, economics, science or equivalent experience.
* Interest in ERP/CIS and the functional domains related to the utilities industry.
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English—able to distill business and functional topics into clear messages.
* Nice-to-have
* Experience in the utility sector.
