We are looking for a Customer Care / Customer Experience professional to join our team and become a key link between our customers, Sales and Operations. In this role, you will use your freight forwarding knowledge, commercial acumen and customer-first mindset to strengthen relationships, drive retention and identify opportunities for business growth.

How you create impact

Act as a front-line contact for customers, responding to queries, feedback and complaints while ensuring a consistently high level of service.
Drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention and reactivation in close partnership with Field Sales and the Operational Care Center.




Build strong operational relationships through daily customer interactions, regular care visits and proactive consultation.
Understand customer requirements, qualify opportunities and provide competitive quotations within agreed pricing guidelines, following through to closure.
Support customer onboarding and ensure customer requirements are accurately captured and transferred into the relevant systems.
Partner with Finance and Revenue Care teams on credit limits, business development and customer-related challenges.
Analyse customer complaints and feedback, identify root causes and improvement opportunities, and work with stakeholders to drive resolution.
Create and continuously improve customer reports and insights to support better decision-making.
Contribute to the achievement of financial targets, customer retention and strategic business objectives.
