Role Description The Associate Creative Director role at Schbang is a full-time, hybrid position based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home.



This role involves leading creative ideation and execution across campaigns, guiding copy and design teams to deliver integrated, platform-first work for a range of brands. The Associate Creative Director collaborates closely with strategy, media, and tech teams to translate business objectives into compelling creative concepts and brand experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing creative strategies, reviewing and refining concepts, overseeing art direction and design outputs, presenting ideas to clients, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role also includes mentoring junior creatives, fostering a culture of innovation, and staying current with digital trends and industry best practices.
