Manager – MEP | Real Estate Industry
Experience: 8–12 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical
Location: Market Yard, Pune
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage MEP planning, execution, and coordination for residential/commercial projects.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, civil, structural, QA/QC, and project teams.
Supervise Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV works.
Manage MEP contractors, vendors, manpower, materials, quality, and project timelines.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, statutory requirements, and safety standards.
Monitor testing, commissioning, snag rectification, documentation, and final MEP handover.
Preferred: Candidates with robust Real Estate / High-Rise Construction project experience and proven MEP execution & coordination skills.
