Role Description The Visual Designer will be responsible for creating and refining visual assets across digital and print touchpoints, including social media, packaging, marketing campaigns, and website content. Day-to-day work includes developing design concepts aligned with brand guidelines, collaborating with marketing and product teams on creative campaigns, and producing graphics that communicate key messages clearly and consistently. The role also involves supporting branding initiatives, maintaining a cohesive visual identity,



and preparing assets for production and publication. This is a full time, hybrid role based in Chennai, with flexibility for partial work from home.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Visual Design and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate ideas into clear, engaging visuals.
Experience in Branding and creating consistent brand identities across multiple channels.
Ability to design effective Graphics for social media, campaigns, and print materials.
Working knowledge of Web Design principles and creating assets optimized for digital platforms.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
Attention to detail, strong sense of typography, color, and layout, and the ability to follow and evolve brand guidelines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
