Key Responsibilities

1. HR Technology & Application Management

* Own and manage the organization's HR technology ecosystem, including HRMS,
Talent, Recruitment, Payroll, Travel, Expense, Learning and other HR
applications.
* Manage applications such as Oracle HCM, PeopleStrong, Happay, Quest2Travel,
Disperz and other connected business applications.
* Act as the primary technology SPOC between HR, IT, Business Application
teams, vendors and implementation partners.
* Drive application enhancements, configuration changes, upgrades, releases and
current technology implementations.
* Ensure application availability, performance, security and seamless user
experience.
* Manage application incidents, defects, change requests and escalations
through defined SLAs.
* Identify opportunities to simplify, consolidate and optimize the HR
application landscape.

2. Integration Management – Core Responsibility

* Own the end-to-end HR technology integration landscape across multiple
applications.
* Design, implement and manage integrations using:
* REST/SOAP APIs




* SFTP/file-based integrations
* JSON/XML/CSV data exchange
* Other integration mechanisms, wherever applicable.
* Understand source-to-target data flows, integration architecture,
transformation logic, validations and error handling.
* Work closely with IT integration teams and vendors to design robust
integration solutions.
* Monitor integration failures, perform root-cause analysis and drive permanent
resolution.
* Establish appropriate monitoring, alerting, reconciliation and
exception-handling mechanisms.
* Ensure data integrity across upstream and downstream applications.
* Maintain integration documentation, data mappings, interface specifications
and dependency matrices.
* Review and validate integration designs proposed by vendors/implementation
partners.
* Drive automation of integration monitoring and reduce manual intervention.
