Role Description

The Senior Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India, responsible for supporting and improving engineering, maintenance, production, process, utilities, and plant operations across the facility.

The role involves monitoring plant and equipment performance, troubleshooting technical and operational issues, coordinating maintenance and engineering activities,



and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising engineering activities, monitoring equipment and process performance, identifying technical issues, conducting root cause analysis, coordinating preventive and breakdown maintenance, supporting production and process improvement initiatives, reviewing engineering documentation, and assisting with installation, testing, and commissioning of plant equipment.

The Senior Engineer will work closely with production, maintenance, process, quality, utilities, projects, and other plant functions to minimize downtime, improve equipment reliability, optimize plant performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering from a recognized university or institution.
