Job Purpose

To support the hospital’s marketing and business development activities by building strong relationships with corporates, doctors, healthcare professionals, referral partners, senior citizen communities, and the general public, while promoting Geri Care Hospital’s services and increasing patient footfall.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hospital Marketing & Business Development

* Promote Geri Care Hospital’s specialties, services, preventive health programs, and senior-care services.
* Identify and develop recent business opportunities to increase patient referrals and hospital revenue.
* Build and maintain relationships with corporates, institutions, residential communities, senior citizen associations, and other potential partners.
* Conduct regular market visits and identify potential referral sources.
* Support the implementation of marketing strategies and monthly business plans.

2. Corporate & Institutional Tie-ups





* Identify potential corporate clients and coordinate for health camps, wellness programs, webinars, and employee health initiatives.
* Coordinate corporate meetings, presentations, quotations, MoUs, empanelments, and follow-ups.
* Maintain regular communication with corporate HR, Admin, and employee wellness teams.
* Generate leads for corporate health check-ups and hospital services.

3. Health Camps & Community Outreach

* Plan and coordinate health screening camps at corporates, residential communities, senior citizen associations, and public locations.
* Coordinate with doctors, nursing teams, technicians, and hospital departments for smooth execution of camps.
* Promote appropriate screening programs based on the target audience and speciality.
* Maintain records of camp participants, leads, consultations, and conversions.
* Follow up with camp participants to encourage consultations and further treatment when required.
