About the Role
We are looking for a versatile Creative Head / Brand Strategist to lead end-to-end creative output across FMCG, pharma, and fashion/D2C client portfolios. This role blends brand strategy with hands-on design execution — covering packaging, communication design, digital/social content, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable presenting a brand strategy deck to a client and opening Illustrator to fix a packaging die-line.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Creative Strategy
Develop brand identities, positioning, and visual language for FMCG, pharma, fashion/D2C clients and others.
Translate category-specific requirements (e.g., regulatory constraints in pharma, shelf impact in FMCG, trend-led aesthetics in fashion) into creative direction.
Build and maintain brand guidelines, mood boards, and visual identity systems.
Design & Packaging
Design product packaging, labels, cartons, and point-of-sale materials compliant with industry/regulatory standards (especially for pharma and FMCG)
Create fashion lookbooks, catalogues, campaign creatives,



and D2C brand collateral.
Prepare print-ready and production-ready files, coordinating with printers and vendors.
Social Media & Digital Content
Plan and design content calendars, social media creatives, reels/story assets, and campaign visuals
Adapt brand tone and design language across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, e-commerce listings, etc.)
Monitor content performance and refine creative strategy based on engagement data.
Client Handling
Act as the primary creative point of contact for clients across FMCG, pharma, and fashion accounts
Lead client briefings, present creative concepts, and manage feedback and revisions professionally.
Build long-term client relationships through explicit, timely, and confident communication.
Project & Team Coordination
Manage multiple client projects and deadlines simultaneously across categories.
Liaise with external vendors, printers, media agencies
