We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – ELV & A/V Solutions to develop new business directly with end clients and drive project sales.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and develop new business opportunities for ELV and A/V Solutions.
Build relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Facility Heads, Project Heads, Purchase Teams, and key decision-makers.
Identify upcoming projects and requirements across target industries.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, solution discussions, and negotiations.




Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for suitable solutions.
Prepare and coordinate BOQs, proposals, quotations, and commercial submissions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
Develop existing accounts for repeat and cross-selling opportunities.

Required Skills

5–7 years of experience in ELV, A/V, System Integration, or B2B Technology Sales.
Strong experience in direct end-client and project-based sales.
Good understanding of ELV and/or A/V solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relations
