Job Summary
The Relationship Manager – Home Loan Sales (DST) is responsible for generating home loan business through direct sales activities and relationship management. The role involves acquiring new customers, managing customer relationships, supporting the loan application process, and achieving assigned sales targets while delivering a positive customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Generate home loan business through direct sales activities, referrals, and lead generation.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, channel partners, and other referral sources.
Identify prospective customers through field visits, tele-calling, customer referrals, and other approved lead generation activities.
Promote home loan products in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
Customer Relationship Management




Build and maintain customer relationships from initial enquiry through loan disbursement.
Provide customers with information on home loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and the application process.
Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and qualified manner.
Support customers throughout the loan process to ensure a smooth experience.
Loan Process Management
Assist customers with loan applications and required documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the timely processing of loan applications.
Monitor application progress and provide customers with updates on the status of their applications.
Support the loan disbursement process by ensuring all required documentation is completed.
Market Awareness
Stay informed about market trends, home loan products, and competitor offerings.
Share market feedback and customer insights with the sales team.
