Role Description The Admission Counsellor will work full time on-site in the Greater Chennai Area, supporting prospective students and their families through the admission journey. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting information sessions, guiding applicants on program options and eligibility, and assisting with application completion and documentation. The role involves maintaining accurate applicant records, coordinating with academic and administrative teams, and participating in outreach activities such as school visits, open houses,



and education fairs. The Admission Counsellor will also contribute to communications materials, provide regular follow-ups, and ensure a positive, inclusive experience for all prospective students.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clearly and professionally with students, families, and educators.
Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple inquiries, applications, and deadlines efficiently.
Comfort with using office productivity tools, CRM or admissions management systems, and basic data entry and reporting.
Customer service mindset, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and providing accurate guidance.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, counseling, or related fields is an advantage.
Prior experience in admissions, student counseling, or education services is preferred but
