We're Raiia. We make blockprinted cotton products in Jaipur. Every bag we ship carries the work of printers and tailors who have been doing this for generations, and our job is to make sure that story travels with the bag. Blockprint is becoming beloved across the world in a big way right now, on shelves and feeds far from Rajasthan, and too often it arrives with no name attached to it. We're trying to change that.

We're hiring our first social media manager.

Our Instagram is still early, and we're looking for someone to nourish our voice and visual language.

What you'll do

Post to Instagram daily: reels, stories, carousels, captions that actually sound like a person
Shoot new content on the ground in Jaipur: from the workshop to the packing process to the city
Run our comms: manage the lively community that's building around the brand




Forge brand partnerships and influencer tie-ups from zero
Work closely with me on all of it - you'll get fast feedback and a lot of it

Who I'm looking for

Someone who loves craft, who finds the process as interesting as the finished product, and wants to spend time around people who make things by hand
Someone genuinely creative, with ideas of your own and able to workshop them collaboratively
You should be comfortable shooting (phone or camera both okay)
Based in Jaipur, or able to be here regularly to shoot
Able to talk about artisan work in an authentic and culturally sensitive way
(Optional) Comfortable leveraging AI to amplify the beauty of blockprint
