Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, focused on driving growth and customer acquisition for TatvaCRM. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach to prospective clients, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle for SMB customers.



The role involves performing market research to understand target segments, presenting product demos tailored to industry-specific use cases, and clearly communicating TatvaCRM’s value proposition. The associate will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging, gather customer feedback, and support the onboarding of new clients. The position requires consistent follow-up, maintaining accurate CRM records, and meeting defined sales and activity targets.
Qualifications
