Role Description The Junior Video Editor is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting the creation of engaging video content for a variety of brands and campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include editing raw footage into polished videos, applying basic color grading, adding motion graphics and simple visual elements,



and preparing different versions optimized for social media and other digital platforms. The person in this role will collaborate with senior editors, designers, and content strategists to ensure each video aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives. Additional responsibilities include organizing and maintaining media assets, following explicit workflows and deadlines, and implementing feedback efficiently to improve overall video quality.

Qualifications
Strong foundational skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with the ability to assemble raw footage into cohesive narratives.
Working knowledge of Video Color Grading to enhance visual consistency and mood across different types of content.
Basic to intermediate Motion Graphics skills to create titles, transitions, lower thirds, and simple animated elements.
Graphics skills to collaborate on or create supporting visual assets, such as thumbnails, overlays, and social me
