Role Purpose:

The HR Manager will be responsible for end-to-end HR delivery, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, HR operations, capability development, performance management and compliance.
This is a high-ownership, hands-on role suited to an HR professional who is comfortable working in a fast-growing technology/manufacturing organisation and can translate business requirements into effective people practices.
Key Responsibilities :

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning




Partner with business and functional leaders to understand current and future manpower requirements.
Drive end-to-end recruitment across engineering, semiconductor operations, quality, maintenance, supply chain, corporate and support functions.
Build strong talent pipelines through campuses, lateral hiring, recruitment partners and technical institutions.

2. HR Operations
Own day-to-day HR operations and ensure a seamless employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
Establish robust HR processes, policies, documentation and employee records.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, employee documentation and HR MIS.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company policies.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture
Build a strong, inclusive and performance-oriented culture from the early stages of the organisation.
Design employee engagement initiatives that strengthen communication, belonging and retention.
