• Lead integration solution design and architecture discussions
• Develop scalable integration services using Java, Spring Boot, and Apache Camel
• Design and optimize mappings, transformations, routing logic, and integration workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and integration issues
• Optimize integration performance, reliability, and scalability
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, EMR vendors, HIEs, payers, and business stakeholders
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on healthcare interoperability and integration practices
• Support CI/CD, deployment automation, and cloud-based integration solutions
