About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to join our in-house marketing team and take ownership of our social media presence, content creation and day-to-day brand communication.
This is a hands-on role. You will be responsible not just for posting content, but for understanding the brand, coming up with content ideas, planning and coordinating shoots, working with designers and photographers/videographers, and ensuring that our marketing calendar is executed consistently.
You will work closely with the founders and internal team to turn our products, stories, campaigns, events and everyday business activities into engaging content for social media and other marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management
Manage the brand's Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms.
Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar.
Plan and execute reels, posts, carousels,



stories and other social formats.
Write captions, briefs, hooks and basic copy for social media.
Monitor comments, DMs and audience engagement and ensure timely responses.
Track social media performance and identify what content is working and what needs improvement.
Stay updated with relevant social media trends, formats, sounds and content styles.
2. Content Creation & Ideation
Develop fresh and relevant content ideas aligned with the brand's positioning and marketing objectives.
Convert product launches, festivals, events, collaborations, customer stories and business activities into content opportunities.
Think beyond "product posts" and create content that builds the brand, its personality and its community.
Develop concepts and briefs for reels, photoshoots, campaigns and other creative assets.
Actively identify opportunities for creating content within the business rather than waiting for content to
