The Business Development & Marketing Trainee will support the Asia sales and marketing teams with data analysis, market research, and digital marketing activities. This role provides hands-on experience in sales support and regional marketing.

Responsibilities
Support the sales team with data analysis, reporting, and dashboards
Assist in analyzing market trends and competitor activity
Assist with regional digital marketing communications and campaign tracking
Help maintain sales and databases, dashboards, and internal documentation

Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data, Business, or related fields
Solid interest in data analysis, sales operations, and market research
Proficient in Excel (required); knowledge of Python or similar tools is a plus
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
Prior internship or project experience in data is an advantage
