Role Description The Donor Relations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for building, nurturing, and managing relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and philanthropic organizations. This role involves planning and executing annual giving campaigns, maintaining donor databases, ensuring timely communication,



and preparing impact reports and stewardship materials. The Donor Relations Manager will coordinate with program teams to understand project needs, develop proposals, and track funded initiatives to ensure donor expectations are met. Additional responsibilities include organizing donor visits and events, identifying new funding opportunities, and supporting the overall fundraising strategy to enhance Sevalaya’s reach and impact.
