Job Description
8+ years of experience as a Senior Mainframe Developer or Technical Architect.
Robust experience delivering and supporting mission-critical legacy applications.
Hands-on expertise in PL/I, COBOL, JCL, CICS and IBM z/OS batch and online processing.
Strong knowledge of VSAM (KSDS, ESDS, RRDS), Datacom/Broadcom DB and DB2.
Experience in legacy-code analysis, reverse engineering, module/dependency mapping and data-flow analysis.
Expertise in coding, unit testing and technical documentation.
Experience in requirements analysis, low-level design, SIT/UAT support and defect resolution.
Experience with release implementation, production support and post-cutover monitoring.
Banking, insurance, or other regulated industry experience preferred.
