About the Role
You will be responsible for developing impactful, platform-specific copy that strengthens brand voice and drives engagement. From ad campaigns and emails to social media and founder-led content, you’ll craft words that connect, convert, and communicate TCK’s unique personality.
Key Responsibilities
Cross-Platform Copywriting
Write performance ad copy for Meta, Google, and Amazon campaigns.
Create content for Instagram and WhatsApp (grid posts, stories, captions,
and promotional messages).
Draft compelling campaign messaging, hero lines, and CTA variations aligned with brand tone.
Founder-Led & Brand Storytelling
Develop weekly or bi-weekly LinkedIn content for the Founder (Priyasha) — thought leadership, brand updates, and storytelling posts.
Maintain a consistent tone across brand, founder, and product communication.
Collaboration & Content Strategy
Collaborate closely with designers and marketing team to align visuals and copy for all digital assets.
Support campaign ideation and content planning.
Manage or brief freelance blog writers for long-form content when required.
Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing and product launches.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
CTR benchmarks: 2.5–4%+ on Meta ads.
Month-on-month increase in Founder LinkedIn engagement.
Email open rates ≥ 35% and CTR ≥ 5%.
