Role Summary
We are looking for an Automation Test Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in Java programming for UI automation and hands-on experience in API automation. The candidate should have experience with Selenium, RestAssured, test planning, automated testing, continuous integration, Agile Scrum, and system-level testing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain UI automation scripts using Java and Selenium.
Develop and execute API automation using RestAssured.
Prepare and execute test plans.
Perform automated testing and system-level testing.
Support continuous integration activities.
Work within an Agile Scrum development environment.
Analyze test results and report defects as required.
Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure effective test execution.
Must-Have Skills
3-5 years of experience in Java programming for UI automation.
1+ years of experience in API automation.
Hands-on experience with Selenium.
Hands-on experience with RestAssured.
Robust programming skills in Java.
Experience in test plan development and automated testing.
Understanding of Continuous Integration.
Experience with Agile Scrum development lifecycle.
Experience in system-level testing.
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with test automation frameworks.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools.
Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
