Role Description The Executive Assistant to CEO is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, supporting the CEO in daily operations and strategic initiatives. The role includes managing the CEO’s calendar and diary, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports. The Executive Assistant will handle correspondence, draft and review documents,



and maintain organized records to ensure efficient administrative workflows. This position also involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners, preparing presentation materials, and tracking follow-up actions from meetings. The Executive Assistant will act as a point of contact for the CEO, helping prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and protect confidentiality in all interactions.
Qualifications
