Key Responsibilities:
- Manage plant operations, monitoring equipment for optimal performance
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance
- Conduct inspections, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and coordinate maintenance
- Optimize efficiency and minimize downtime
- Train and supervise shift personnel
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years in power plant operations, ideally in a captive setup
- Strong knowledge of boilers, turbines, generators and grid management
- Leadership, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
