We are hiring a Senior Service Engineer to support the installation, servicing, and overhauling of high-precision CNC machine tools. This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong expertise in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and on-site customer support. You will play a critical role in ensuring optimal machine performance, minimizing downtime, and delivering high-quality service at customer locations. The position demands technical depth, independence, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, along with extensive travel to support installations and service requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform servicing, maintenance, and overhauling of precision CNC machine tools.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults efficiently.
- Manage installation, commissioning, and calibration of machines at customer sites.
- Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure maximum uptime.
- Interpret electrical schematics, mechanical layouts, and CNC technical documentation.




- Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams and customers for service scheduling and resolution.
- Maintain detailed service reports, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation.
- Provide basic operator training and technical guidance when required.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and established service protocols.

What Makes You a Great Fit

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- 4–10 years of hands-on experience in CNC machine servicing and maintenance.
- Strong expertise in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of CNC systems.
- Solid understanding of CNC controls, drives, motors, sensors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Experience working with high-precision or tool-grinding machines (added advantage).
- Solid problem-solving skills with a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently at customer sites with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%).
