Job description:

We are an outsourcing company working for clients based around the Globe. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a wide degree of creativity, dynamic and organized Marketing Coordinator to join the team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales and Marketing efforts through effective coordination of various tasks, including social media management, catalog and proposal development, basic graphic design, video editing, and maintaining product data sheets. The Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing, contributing to the overall success of our marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management
Develop and execute social media content calendars.
Regularly update and maintain our social media platforms with engaging and relevant content.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
Catalog and Proposal Development
Ensure accuracy and completeness of content in catalogs and proposals.




Basic Graphic Design and Video Editing
Create visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials.
Edit and produce basic videos to support marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with managers and other relevant people to gather necessary information.
Maintain a well-organized database of product information for quick and efficient updates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and marketing coordination.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite & Canva) and basic video editing software.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
