Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full time,



remote role focused on driving new business opportunities and supporting revenue growth for The Grow Biz. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings, and nurturing relationships with prospective clients across target industries. The role involves performing market research to understand client needs, trends, and competitors, preparing and delivering tailored presentations and proposals, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and campaigns. The Business Development Associate will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates and insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making.
