Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented Manager- Competitions to lead the planning and delivery of robotics and STEM competitions and related events.

The role will be responsible for managing competitions end-to-end, from planning and venue coordination to participant engagement, vendor management, sponsorship coordination, on-ground execution, and post-event evaluation. The ideal candidate should have solid project management, stakeholder management, communication, and event execution skills, with a keen interest in robotics, STEM education, innovation, and youth competitions.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute robotics and STEM competitions and other related events, ensuring smooth end-to-end event delivery.

Manage competition planning, including venue selection, scheduling, registrations,



logistics, resources, infrastructure, and on-ground operations.

Coordinate with schools, educational institutions, students, educators, coaches, judges, parents, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Ensure a positive, inclusive, and engaging competition environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, innovation, sportsmanship, and fair participation.

Develop and maintain detailed event plans, timelines, checklists, budgets, and execution schedules to ensure all competition milestones are delivered on time.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for event infrastructure, equipment, branding, logistics, hospitality, and other operational requirements.

Support sponsorship and partnership initiatives by coordinating with sponsors and partners to secure sponsorships, donations, in-kind contributions, and other event support.
