The Information Technology Department (ITD) serves as AIIB's enterprise authority and service provider for digital technology. It develops and implements the Bank's digital strategy; delivers and operates digital solutions, AI capabilities, enterprise platforms, infrastructure, and workplace services; safeguards digital assets through cybersecurity, technology risk management, and resilience; and partners with business units to enable institutional priorities through secure, creative,



and client-centric digital capabilities.

The Senior Digital Program Specialist will report directly to the Chief Information Officer and Head of IT and AI (CIO) and serve as the CIO's strategic advisor on digital strategy, organizational effectiveness, and long-term capability development. The role supports the CIO in shaping ITD's strategic direction, strengthening engagement with business leadership, promoting consistent methodologies and operating practices, and enhancing the business value delivered through the Bank's digital portfolio.

This position takes an enterprise-wide and long-term perspective, supporting the continuous improvement of ITD's strategic planning, operating model, business engagement, business capability planning, portfolio management practices, and delivery methodologies.
