Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem definition to deployment and monitoring.
Develop and optimize machine learning, deep learning, and predictive analytics models.
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
Build solutions using Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and related technologies.
Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Develop and implement NLP, recommendation systems, forecasting, classification, and clustering models as required.
Work on Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-driven applications where applicable.
Collaborate with Data Engineers, ML Engineers, Software Engineers, and Business teams.
Deploy models using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Implement MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and performance optimization.
Present analytical findings and model outcomes to technical and business stakeholders.




Mentor junior and mid-level Data Scientists and contribute to technical strategy.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning / Advanced Analytics.
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
Solid knowledge of Machine Learning and Statistical Modeling.
Experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience with NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, or related AI technologies.
Hands-on experience with Spark/PySpark and large-scale data processing.
Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience leading projects and mentoring team members.

Present analytical findings and model outcomes to technical and business stakeholders.
