Role Description
The Operations Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role involves overseeing day-to-day branch operations related to home loan processing, including application verification, documentation checks, and coordination with credit and finance teams. The Operations Officer ensures adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements,



and service quality standards while maintaining accurate records and operational reports. The role includes supporting customers and internal stakeholders with transparent communication, resolving operational issues, and contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and risk control.
